Launched in November, 2005, The Beer Hunter quickly staggered its way through the web to attain a level of popularity we never imagined. The site tracks retail liquor availability in all of Ontario by mapping LCBOs, Beer Stores, Wine Racks and independent breweries and wineries in the province that sell "take away" booze, showing their hours and indicating their open/closed state in real time.

The Beer Hunter has been thrice mentioned in the Globe and Mail, featured on G4TechTV's Call for Help, pictured in Canadian Business Magazine, and even got reported on as far away as Der Spiegel.
