We make stuff for the internet

Beerhunter.ca, Bad Math's Google Maps mashup that helps you find open Beer Stores, LCBOs and independent beer and wine dealers in Ontario is appearing at a new exhibit in the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

The critically acclaimed exhibit titled "Design and the Elastic Mind" is curated by Paola Antonelli, curator of the Department of Architecture and Design, and curatorial assistant Patricia Juncosa Vecchierini. The exhibition is a collection of 200 items and projects that "focuses on designers' ability to grasp momentous changes in technology, science, and social mores, changes that will demand or reflect major adjustments in human behavior, and convert them into objects and systems that people understand and use."

We're clearly extremely proud to be included in the company of the designers and engineers in this show. If you happen to be in NYC, make your way to the MoMA and check out the show! Design and the Elastic Mind runs from February 24th to May 12th 2008 in the International Council of The Museum of Modern Art Exhibition Gallery on the sixth floor. Every object in the show can be viewed online at the exhibit's website.
